Hon Dr. J. C Muyingo was the Guest of Honour as Ministry of Education and Sports under the Department of Health Education and Sports donated Medical Equipment to various Health Institutions to aid in the Skills Acquisition.The Occasion was also graced by various senior MOES Officials which included the Ag Director HTVET – Hajat Safinah Kisu Museene.
